Redeeming a certificate
Redemption is simple: the recipient books online like any other guest and enters the certificate code at checkout, or calls us directly if they’d rather book by phone. There’s no need to print anything or bring a physical card — the code in the confirmation email is all that’s needed on the day.
A note for last-minute gifts
Because certificates are delivered by email, they work even when you’ve left a gift to the last minute — set it up the night before and it’s ready in the recipient’s inbox by morning, no shipping or wrapping required.
No expiry pressure
Because certificates stay valid for a full year, there’s no need to rush a booking just to avoid losing the value — recipients can wait for the right date, a visiting friend, or simply until they’re ready.
